to ensuring that the dreams and visions you have for your wedding are
actualized. In order to achieve this, we pay a great attention to detail
in ensuring that your event runs smoothly whilst working closely with all your
service providers to achieve your desired service. We have a strong
passion for weddings and this is exemplified in the forward thinking, creative,
pro-active and personal approach to which we handle each event.
At our initial meeting we will
endeavour to gain a good understanding of what your expectations are and after
taking this on board, we will provide a comprehensive consultation and advisory
service in line with your vision. This will highlight the technical and
practical aspects of your wedding from a professional stand point, bringing to
your attention certain considerations that may have otherwise been overlooked
by you.
Our services also include meeting
with your vendors prior to the event and liaising with them in order to come up
with a strategic and organised way of making the day run effectively. A floor
plan would be mapped out to ensure that each service provider understands where
they fit in. It will state specific points for vendors to set up and in
so doing, will create an organised and orderly setting.
Once the preliminary details have
been taken care of we will provide you with co-ordination for your day. A team
of competent hostesses will be on hand to ensure the effective running of the
day’s events. They will welcome guests, be responsible for the seating
arrangements and ensuring the reserved places are kept for special guests and
family.
At HBC we are aware that different
clients have different needs and to this end have different planning packages
according to your needs.
Full
service wedding planning
We work with you from inception for
the full planning period, creating mood boards and colour schemes, searching
for a wedding dress, bridesmaids attire, venues, vendors, decorators, managing
budget, timelines and all details necessary for your special day, including the
coordination of the event itself.
Partial
wedding planning
We are flexible and can commence
working with you at a time period that is suitable to you. Together we
agree upon the level of planning assistance needed. It may involve the sourcing
the venue, some key vendors, hotels and/or transportation and co-ordination of
the wedding day, it all depends on you.
Wedding
Day Coordination
If you are the sort of person who is
very organized and has all your preferred vendors chosen, we can come in
approximately 1-2 months before the special day. We will work with your vendors
and venue to manage and co-ordinate organise the wedding day.
